Horizons

No certainly not, but what I meant was, at the time of Historic Horizons, it was the ONLY mechanism by which digital-only cards had been released, making it the de facto venue for future digital-only cards. As it turned out of course, they started the new line of Alchemy sets instead, but that wasn't clear at the time - you could've easily imagined various Horizons releases going forward, some of which included digital and some which did not. (In fact, this could still happen, if they want to release any digital-only cards straight to Historic without going through Alchemy format first, although that does seem unlikely.)
