Pari's Golden Beach was a beach on an unnamed island that was so named by the golden jetsam littering its sands.

Description

The sand itself was not gold but instead was littered with gold: coins, jewelry, drinking cups, ceremonial masks, armor, and even statues. The air above the gold rippled with heat, and this heat attracted sea dragons, savoring the island of warmth in the otherwise cold waters of northern Terisiare. [1]

History

The beach was first discovered by Pari, a man who reclaimed the Isles of Argive from raiders after the Sylex Blast. A few generations later, during the Dark Age, Agrippa the Wayfinder, Pari's great-grandson, shipwrecked on the island and discovered the beach. He bided his time, spending over a month on the island, before managing to steal off with some of the gold and reach passage with a ship.[1]
