Future update

I've tried to update this a couple of times in the last week. Wikipedia's version has evolved a lot since I first imported this, and it has some new dependencies. Corey was kind enough to install the necessary TemplateStyles extension, which is a part of a push by WP to move style information out of Common.css and into the indivudal templates. I'm going to hold off on actually pushing the update for now because the WP community is still in the middle of transitioning to the TemplateStyles framework, and I don't relish the idea of fighting against caching to make this work.
