Modern UB control deck

Modern UB control, like its countless incarnations, is a control archetype that focuses on permission, removal, hand disruption and game-ending fatties. UB control is difficult to play well and generally plays a very slow game, easing into a long-term win. Snapcaster Mage, Cryptic Command, Thoughtseize and Creeping Tar Pit are core cards for almost every UB list in modern.
