Modern Mystical Teachings deck

Mystical Teachings is a Control deck for the Modern format. It is primarily blue and black, but can also make use of white. The deck uses its namesake card, Mystical Teachings, as a powerful and reusable tutor effect giving the deck much versatility, with a large number of single cards to be found in the deck and sideboard.
