Modern Isochron Scepter deck

Modern Isochron Scepter, or Scepter control, is a Modern aggro-control deck that features a number of cheap instants and sorceries alongside powerful creatures such as Snapcaster Mage, Delver of Secrets and Vendilion Clique. The main operation of the deck is imprinting a cheap instant to either have repeatable removal or permission.
