Mistform Stalker

The Mistform are a type of illusion from Dominaria.

Description

Misforms were a cycle of creatures in Onslaught. They all had activated abilities that allowed them to change their creature type to another for one colorless mana. The greatest of the mistform, Mistform Ultimus, was every creature type by default and became the inspiration for Changeling.[1] Mistform creatures appeared as angels, birds, humans, mutants, slivers, and walls. A Mistform Sliver took the form of a junior researcher to escape the Riptide Project.[2]

Myth of Reality

Several of the Mistform creatures reference five myths of reality in their flavor text. They are said to be Familiarity, Devotion, Conviction, Fellowship, and Trust.
