Matthias Hunt is an American former professional player. His most notable accomplishment is the 2011 Rookie of the Year title; he also has one Grand Prix top eight, and his best Pro Tour result was 11th at the 2011 World Championships. He's also known as one of the pioneers of the Amulet Bloom deck,[1] a deck that ultimately got Summer Bloom banned in Modern. In recent years, he has been working as a commentator on the Star City Games circuit.
