Dave Marsee

Dave Marsee is a former Senior User Experience Designer for Magic. He worked at Wizards of the Coast for eight years between 2009 and 2019. He oversaw User Experience and led content design for three games: Magic Online, Magic Duels and Magic Arena. In Magic Duels, he designed the deck-building assistant and wrote its breakthrough tutorial system, bringing players' understanding of the game in the first hour from 20% to 90%.

Dave presented a "Deckbuilding 101" talk at PAX 2015 with Mike Turian and Sam Stoddard.

Dave was part of the design team of Core Set 2019.
