Darla Kennerud (born July 17, 1967; née Willis) is a former Magic Lead Editor for Wizards of the Coast, working for the company from 1994 till 2000.[1]
It might seem like a suspicious coincidence that Arna Kennerüd showed up in Magic around the time that Darla Kennerud was in charge of flavor text, but in fact, she did it as a tribute to the man she was dating. She only got Kennerud as her own last name after the character started saying things in Magic continuity.[2]
