The Cosiman Reefs is a set of seven coral reefs located somewhere northeast of Etlan Shiis, likely in the northern part of the Voda Sea.
Description
The area contains the Coral Caves and is home to a tribe of merfolk that appear to be independent of Vodalia. Each reef is protected by seven Metathran, a gift from Urza after he used the genetic material of Toraix, the would-be last aquatic Protector dragon of Cosiman to create the race of blue-skinned water-breathing humanoids. In a promise to Toraix's mother Maraavis, Urza swore to send the Metahtran to Cosiman reefs after they had finished their mission to repel the Phyrexians in the first Phyrexian Invasion of Dominaria.[1]
