Article review

This seems like a series of untouched articles that many would be unaware exist because it would seem absurd to make articles for some of them. Dark Confidant and Prodigal Sorcerer have enough external context, but Fireball and the Wards do not. Some of the cycles are also not broad enough to warrant notability. I'm not sure how to differentiate as to which ones should be updated or deleted. Shield (talk) 01:02, 15 July 2025 (UTC)

I would suggest tagging the ones you personally think should be deleted with {{Delete|[Reason]|date=[date article is tagged])}} and the ones you think should be updated with {{Expand}}. Then we can have a discussion about them. Personally I think Fireball has some interesting design history with its brief stint as the only card printed with a "Y generic mana" mana cost, but that's not in the article at all (as at the time of writing this). They could do with a human review. -- RivalRowan (talk) 01:22, 15 July 2025 (UTC)
Having tagged a few for removal, it's unclear what this category is for. The subcategories don't help. Pages about iconic effects like the two creatures up there, land cycles and the artifact power nine have some depth, but the five boons don't have enough meat as they have to delve into their mechanical category. After that, it seems to be the page for "groups of cards", like "rebalanced" or "marquee" cards, but then some are non-gameplay like "helper card" and "artist proof".
