Kharis is a dragon wizard from an unknown plane that was seen through the Eyes of a Beholder.
Background
The character of Kharis was created by Wizards of the Coast for a celebration card as part of the 2018 Heroes of the Realm program. He appears to be a large golden dragon that breathes fire. He is viewed through the Eyes of a Beholder.[1][2]
