Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013, also known as Duels 2013 is a digital Magic game that came out June 20, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows and iPad. It's the sequel to Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012. Purchasers of the game receive access to a coupon which can be redeemed for a 6-card booster pack of Magic 2013 cards. Duels 2013 has received a number of upgrades from previous iterations of the series. Duels 2013 launched with manual mana tapping, a deeper stat tracking system, the inclusion of an end step, and a more balanced and cohesive roster of decks. The Duels of the Planeswalkers video games are now meant to be a gateway product for new players to be introduced to Magic. Thus, Duels 2013 and M13 were developed and designed with each other in mind.
