one of the three numena. the others are kuberr, god of the Cabal, and Averru, a god in the form of a giant city, renamed Sanctum. Lowallyn is the "Lord of Hidden Waters". He slayed the blue Primeval, Dromar the Banisher. By doing so, he received Dromar's powers.
