Functional changes

• Fungusaur received a functional change, adding a +1/+1 counter at the end of turn, instead of each time it was damaged. This would be reversed with the Eighth Edition.
• Goblin King became a Lord instead of a Goblin King.
• Goblin Balloon Brigade's text was reworded to unambiguously give Flying to itself only. (The original wording could be interpreted to give all Goblins flying.)
• Gloom's text referred to "white enchantments with activation costs", instead of to "Circles of Protection"
