The Red Iron Mountains are metal-rich mountains located on the continent of Aerona on Dominaria, east of Benalia.[1] Around 4070 AR, Benalia was trying to extend its sphere of influcence to the mountains.[2] The mountains' native Crookshank Kobolds fared poorly during the Rift Era, and in the Mending Era the mountains became dotted with Benalish mining settlements.[3]
To the east, the Red Iron Mountains are connected to the Hurloon Mountains and the Ironclaw Mountains.
