Karona, False God was the manifestation of all Dominarian magic, brought into being by the combination of Akroma, Phage, Zagorka all dying in the same place at the same time. During her aparittion she further devastated the already war-torn Otaria, and disrupted the very fabric of magic on Dominaria.
She was killed by Sash and Waistcloth using the Mirari Sword, and her body was taken by Karn to his artificial plane Argentum, where she divided in the three original women, due to the manifestation of Jeska's planeswalker spark.
