Levy is most known for his long streak of over 50 [[Pro Tour]] appearances, beginning with the 1998 [[World Championships]]. His first [[Pro Tour]] appearance was at Pro Tour Paris 1997 at age 15.

In 2006, Levy was a first-ballot inductee into the [[Magic Pro Tour Hall of Fame]].  He is the first active player to be inducted in the Hall of Fame.  This success motivated him to set a goal of winning the 2007 [[Player of the Year]] award.

After [[Olivier Ruel]] was suspended by the [[DCI]] in August 2006, Levy was selected to replace him on the [[Ask The Pro]] column at [http://www.magicthegathering.com/ www.magicthegathering.com].  Levy took over in September 2006 and remains on the column.  Levy has also been writing for [[Star City Games]] since 2005, currently as a Premium writer with the Pro Perspective column.

Raphaël Lévy is a French professional player. Levy holds the record for most Pro Tours attended (87 as of Pro Tour Magic Origins) and lifetime Pro Points (630). His other significant results include three Pro Tour top eights, four Grand Prix wins, and winning the 2013 World Magic Cup as the captain of the French team.
