Template:Character Akroma, Angel of Wrath was a sentient illusion, created by Ixidor in the image of his wife, Nivea, who was killed by Phage in a pit fight. The powerful archangel waged a holy war against the Cabal (Phage in particular) in defense of and later in revenge for Ixidor. Akroma was injured by Phage and her deathwurms and Ixidor "rebuilt" her with the legs of a jaguar. During a confrontation, she and Phage, along with a woman named Zagorka, fused into Karona, the Goddess of Magic.
Her card was reprinted in Time Spiral as a Timeshifted card, but she was not involved in the storyline.
Alternate reality
Akroma appeared in the set Planar Chaos as an alternate reality version of her character. The new Akroma is a being composed of red magic, as opposed to white, and bearing a title matching this personality: Angel of Fury, instead of Angel of Wrath.
