Heh, I'm not really worried about the fate of the Philosophical Aspects. Each of them may survive on their own and eventually a page will refer to them. wether[sic] it will be one I created or not is irrellevant[sic]. Some information is so fascinating that it will be collected as a curiosity in a place like this. Faceless Wanderer 10:20, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

Translations: technical problems

Hi. I'm currently working on some Polish translations. (BTW, you can put it (+ Czech ones) into Announcments[sic] template, as I see there Chineasee[sic] and Russian announced ;-) ). Now, I have some technical problems, with Polish letters, like: ą, ę, ś, ć, ż, ,ź ,ń ł, ó. (I wonder if you see them :-) )
Everything is ok untill[sic] one of these letters is in the name of article. Then, I have some strange error. Article is saved after all, but this is damn inconvinient[sic]. If you know how to fix it, I'll be very glad to hear it. MORT (T) 22:08, 5 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the info. Oh, and about that announcement, I meant both Polish and Czech ;-)MORT (T) 09:43, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

I'm Polish. I just noticed that Czech had a few articles already and also wasn't announced. MORT (T) 11:05, 6 May 2007 (UTC) (I think I'll have to change my sign ;-) )

Main Page - Magic Expansions

When people are at the Main Page and they click on Magic Expansions it takes them to the Category page for Expansions. This page is alphabetical and doesn't look very pleasing. 10th edition listed above 4th edition is just one of the drawbacks. I've create a page that once it looks nice I thought might be linked to, instead of linking to the Category page. It is here User:GeoMike/Magic expansions, take a look tell me what you think. Thanks --GeoMike 02:45, 6 May 2007 (UTC)

Do you like the page I made? What should the article be called? --GeoMike 01:15, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

Magic radar/"unused forums"

I assume that you reverted these changes because the forums were of another type than those in the magic radar. Otherwise I dont see a point in having both pages if they cannot interact. One page could list both active and inactive forums at the same time. Faceless Wanderer 13:12, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

Editing Sorry about the page formatting mishaps I've made. I haven't really wiki'd that much before, so thank you a lot for fixing them. SilveryCord 12:51, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Reverting revertings[sic] (at theme decks):

I'm glad to see that you figured that one out :) I plan on separating most of my future texts into philosophical aspects and magic theory. The difference between theory and philosophy is quite easy. You build you life around philosophies, theories are unsafe to build around but you can always build up a philosophy around the theory and then base your life around that. A theory is something not quite real, philosophy is forcing anything into having an impact on real life. I hope that cleared out the difference between the two. I plan on building my life on that difference :) Faceless Wanderer 21:10, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Few seem to understand me! Oh well, There is Theme deck (preconstructed) and Theme deck (conceptual). Now Theme decks (conceptual) was existing years before Theme decks (preconstructed). Theme decks (conceptual) are decks buildt[sic] around a theme, such behavior[sic] is a concept (Thus the term conceptual). Now if someone wants to build a deck with one mother of runes and 7 craw wurms[sic], and name the deck "Snow white and the seven dwarfs" Then I would say that person has a very philosophical view on deckbuilding[sic]. That is why I have chosen to let the Theme decks (conceptual) count as a philosphical[sic] aspect. It's a philosophy to restrict your deckbuiling[sic] by using personal criteria only. I like writing the way I think so I hope this hasn't confused you even more! Let me know if you see what I mean. At least you were honest at telling me that you really didn't figure it out after all. [[Player psychology (gender)]]:

I am doing some research here :), and you being female and all that I wonder if you could compile a huge bunch of info. What playstyles[sic], decks, philosophies do you prefer? Do you abuse your womanhood during tournaments, how does male players react at you, anything you can think of. The hopes you have in magic, why you started playing. Anything at all you can think of, throw it into your mailbox on my page. I will try to research pages on the subject on the net too, but am not sure to find so much. I am also trying to contact others (One in phyrexia[sic]) If you know someone who may be able to suply[sic] info please interrogate her too!!! Faceless Wanderer 00:15, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Well, that was not much, but then again I can always look back at your owl-studies if needed. Currently I have discovered that a lot of women loves the "Badass chick" theme of powerfull[sic] female angels with swords! Are you in that category as well? Are many female figures present in the decks you play? Do you constuct[sic] decks based on art and overal[sic] flavor[sic] or only on mechanics? (Or maybe a wellfounded[sic] mix?) Faceless Wanderer 20:42, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Again???

You need to relax! Take a walk (If theres[sic] any nature left where you live, if not take bus to nearest park/forest) and enjoy the weather. Whenever I get stressed I dump everything for a week or two days (weekend) and then rethink the whole thing. Either I am very stressed or too relaxed because I do this pretty often!!! I am inorganisation itself!!! By the way, doesn't mtgsalvationers talk about personal probs??? I know we do that at Phyrexia.com (though not so often, because noones seems to have probs these days. We also have a narrow selection of whirlie[sic] girlies[sic] too!!! Faceless Wanderer 23:47, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Whirlie[sic] girlie[sic]! LOL!, it originally comes from whirling dervish, but one day someone in our playgroup was talking girls and whirlie[sic] girlies[sic] were born. The term covers a "Whilwind" type of girl, someone with impact tempo and not much spare time. The term covers you. Notice that this should give you protection from black!!! (But I guess you were born with an activation cost there. So get your friends to pay the mana for you ;)) Faceless Wanderer 21:05, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

(Message to all: Don't objectify women, or anyone; I'll block you if you do - at the very least, for inappropriate behaviour. MM (talk!) 13:17, 17 November 2007 (GMT))

Cheerleading[sic]

I break my vow of not webbing in here for some months to improve your mood a little :) Of all the persons in here you are the one driving the hardest crash course through this wiki.

Appreciation is always hard to come by, and I should know because no matter how much work I do to help others, none take an interrest[sic] in doing the smallest work on the same areas (I'm not speaking of this wiki in general but also my major projects in magic that gives me a lot of pressure). So not everything works for you anymore! Well, focus on your emidiate[sic] needs! Think of your self foremost and others secondary. In life people thank you for your help, but if you break your back by helping out to many noone[sic] will nurse you up. You must stand up on your own legs and develope[sic] a bit of selfishness. I vacated from here to do just that myself. Friends that abbandon[sic] you are not true friends. Either find new people that can nourish you or get the miserable few die-hard fools you know back in line.

Fight for a future!!! Faceless Wanderer 11:15, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

No problems!!! I know how it feels to face a wall of problems! As it is I am currently facing the challenge I have set upon myself, to get top 8 in legacy with an all common blue green deck! I have used my simulations to find a lot of manacurves[sic], and in order to prove their efficiency I set out to prove how much a mana-curve can affect the meta. I have used the same manacurve[sic] all the time and tried a lot of different U/G approaches. Currently I am having a little success with my 4th version of the deck. If I can succede[sic] in that project I will have proof enough that my simulated manacurves[sic] are superior to the skills of most players, which would mean that an army of scrubs using pre-designed manacurves[sic] could throw all future metagames upside down. That's my current brainchild appart[sic] from some social problems!

Good morning: Now look what you did! I was having a perfectly non-stressed period of wikivacation[sic] (Meaning no writing, only reading) and look at me now (I know, it's a bit difficult to see me, but I'm pretty much an ugly mess today, in fact more than usual!) I'm sleep deprived, in pain, only standing up because of a heavy coffein[sic]/sugar intake. And I'm wasting my time writing a lot of things I deem important, which will probably be cut in halves dissected and partly removed. Anyways[sic] it does feel exiting at least, but I would advise myself to take it easy. Do not feel guilty!!! Hah! got you, you felt guilty! Now don't feel guilty again. Ah, that's better!!! Card Tags

Vesuva card tag doesn't work properly neither in IE nor in Firefox. It has something to do with the very InfoCards site and mechanisms of search there. dunno MORT (T) 20:17, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

Well, I can access the InfoCards site, but it shows wrong cards. For example Vesuva shows me Vesuvan Shapeshifter and when I want some older version of cards, like Blood Pet|Tempest, it shows a default (the newest one) version of the card. MORT (T) 16:25, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

Thx MM and Hannes. It works just fine now. I was writting it yesterday, but there was a storm then, and lightning caused a little short-circuit :-(. MORT (T) 10:34, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

I made an entry for Glamdring the Banhammer

It's under that name...can you add it under "Users"?

Forums question

I think pages like Custom Sets & Cards be listed as Custom Sets & Cards (forum). Otherwise from the page's name, someone might think its directly related to the game (WOTC) instead of a discussion forum on MTGSalvation.com. I think all forums should have the "(forum)" at the end of their page name, as we have now for clans with (clan) at the end of their name. What do you think? Just a suggestion. --GeoMike 13:09, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

I just checked, only clans "Shatter" and "Ivory Tower" have (clan) after their name. I think all should. This would easily let users know they are clans right away. --GeoMike 14:00, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Hi MM

Sorry to hear you feel so bad :-(. I think that if you have failed yourself in something you have to try to challange[sic] it - and for this you need a time. So before, you have to make a list of things you should spend less time on. Yes, like Internet, all these forums, etc - there are more important things in life than these. I might not know what exactly is wrong in your life, but I think I know as you feel. I also have some problems, and I make a list of things I should stop wasting my time on. That, plus a dayly[sic] plan of things I have to do even helps, although it's very possible that I'll have to give up my music school anyways, to have more time on studies... and that just sucks. Anyways, I hope you'll sort out things in your life as fast as possible and feel better. :-) --MORT (T) 15:24, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
