This template can be used within another template to link to a card passed as a parameter. It is a more advanced version and preferred alternative to Card tags (<c></c>).

Creates an external link to a specific card on Scryfall.

Template parameters[Edit template data]

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Card Name	1	The name of the card Example Grizzly Bears; Daxos, With Eyes Open; Opt	String	required
Set Name	2	The name of the set from which the card should be linked/shown. If present, the set name is displayed along with the card name. If both this and the third parameter are omitted, the latest print is used. Example Limited Edition; Shadows over Innistrad; Theros: Beyond Death; Magic 2015	String	suggested
Scryfall Set Code	3	The code for the set from which the card should be linked/shown, as it appears on Scryfall. This parameter does not cause the set name to be displayed. Example LEA, SOI, TAKH, PKTK	String	optional
Display Name	title	Override the card name with custom text; useful for 'Universes Within' cards using different display names than gameplay names Example Godzilla, King of the Monsters; Ὁ πλανώμενος Φελδδαγρίφος	String	optional
Collector Number	#	The collector number as it appears on Scryfall; useful for choosing a card with specific art Example 13, 41f	String	optional
