So I think this should be added, that undying will come back on it's owner's control means that if your opponent mindcontrols it or somehow cast it or put it into play under his control, if it dies then it comes back on it's OWNER'S control.

If you ask me thats BS but thats how its played.

Rulings - Neurok Transmuter example
