Maybe they were of no more substance in this world than the Ur-wings that birthed them and fell back into the realm of blind shadow" These words from Chronicles of Bolas are very cryptic, but they imply very strongly that the Ur-Dragon can travel through the Blind Eternities, in my opinion.

Don't forget that, in old continuity, even Elder Dragons could travel the planes without being Planeswalkers. --Firebead elvenhair (talk) 21:43, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
