Merger proposal

Formal proposal of merge. I've submitted an ask to Doug Beyer on his blog to see if we can get a formal verification of this plane's status, but even if it's canonically separate from Theros, most of its notability derives from its relationship to Theros. River of Tears

Do we have a source for the River of Tears being on Arkhos? The names in the flavor text don't feel Greek at all. Much more Celtic. --BlackDiamondDragon (talk) 17:00, 2 December 2017 (UTC)
