Aretopolis is the capital city on the plane of Kephalai.
Description
Aretopolis was well known for its Sanctum of Stars, a famed museum known even on other planes, where artifacts such as the Dragon Scroll was stored.[1]
History
Aretopolis was where Chandra Nalaar stole the Dragon Scroll from the Sanctum of Stars. After it was retrieved by Jace Beleren, Chandra returned and stole the scroll a second time, accidentally causing the entire building to collapse after she used her explosive magic.[1]
