Samantha "Samma" Harr is a Level 2 Magic: The Gathering judge, and the Program Manager for the Magic Judge Program at Wizards of the Coast since October 2025.[1]
Samma has worked in the same capacity for the Judge Academy, until Wizards of the Coast ended their cooperation with that institution.[2][3] She was hired to rebuild the Judge Program from the bottom up.[4]
