Hilary S. Thompson is an American game producer, employed at Wizards of the Coast since October 2022, specializing in business and economic strategy for the Magic: The Gathering tabletop game.
Prior experience includes serving as Styling Field Manager and Team Lead at Stitch Fix, where recruitment and team management were primary responsibilities for over 35 remote employees. Hilary's background also encompasses a role as General Manager at SPIN, where project management and staff training were key focuses, as well as experience as a Senior Customer Success Manager at OutboundEngine, addressing customer financial concerns. Additional roles in event coordination and hospitality have shaped a diverse skill set, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas.[1]
At Wizards, Hilary was also the lead for "Women in Magic". She also participates in the Magic Story Podcast.
