Duel Commander

Dual Commander is a casual format. It is a variant of Commander. Players are bound by the same banned list and rules (such as having a 100-card deck with a legendary creature for a "general"). The principal difference between Dual Commander and Commander is that players build decks with an eye toward 1v1 games rather than multiplayer
