Alligarius Timni

Alligarius is the leader of the Institute of Arcane Study. He is a wizard of little wisdom. After living, learning and studying artifacts atop a mountain, he holds very little practical experience with magic or combative spellcasting.

He is the Prodigal Sorcerer from the book, The Prodigal Sorcerer. The prodigal son religious story trope is used in the book. He was lured a spiced treat from a rival country, Suder, to aid them against the Valley of Tamingazin, whom he helped originally.
