The House of Xarl was the royal family of Golthonor on ancient Corondor headed by Archmage Xarl Angel-Keeper, containing his many wives, including Eska, a handful of concubines, and countless children, grand-children, and descendants, including Eskil. The House of Xarl crumbled after Xarl’s own death 346 years after the Serra Angel Trine was bound and made a fallen angel.
