Vizier Qhattib of Amiqat was the ruler of the Suq’Ata during the Mirage Wars. He was the legislative voice that offsetted Telim'Tor’s military command. His considerable knowledge of the djinns and efreets of Jamuraa can be attributed to his links with the Wildfire plane. Although Suq'Ata was the least damaged of the three countries that fought against Kaervek, the Breathstealers of Urborg that had aided the dark mage remained in Suq'Ata and were a great danger to the nation. Qhattib discovered this shortly after the war, as he was assassinated by the Breathstealer Hilel.
