Daniel Holt is an employee of Wizards of the Coast, where he works as a UX Designer for Magic: The Gathering since January, 2018.[1] He also actively participates in design teams.
As part of his job, Daniel collaborates with art directors, writers, and concept artists in order to construct inviting/functional world guides for future Magic sets.[2] He also develops assets to support the games’ many outlets including card frames, set symbols, and merchandise. He provides artistic direction during the card proofing process in terms of crops and foiling, as well as final text approval.
