Kindle is a slang term used by Magic R&D to describe the spells that look at the graveyard for other copies, getting increasingly stronger dependent on the number of those copies.[1][2] First seen on the eponymous Kindle, the effect was designed by Mark Rosewater to be a non-creature version of Plague Rats.[3]
