Rabiah the Infinite is a collection of a thousand and one originally similar planes, all refracted off of the original Rabiah during the Thousand-fold Refraction. The planes have since developed independantly of each other. One, known as Dark Rabiah, has been taken over by sinister forces and is as evil a place as even Phyrexia.
