Information
Plane Valla / Kaldheim
Status Eternal war

Immersturm is one of the ten realms of the plane of Kaldheim.[1]

Description

It is an area of the plane where a storm of magic rages, causing the people of Valla to engage in a never-ending war, and is populated by demons. The planeswalker Gideon Jura was, at some point, involved in this war.[2]

The name is German and consists of the words "immer" (always) and "Sturm" (storm).

Retcon

For Planechase, Immersturm was initially conceptualized as part of the plane Valla. However, it has since been revealed as one of Kaldheim's realms, and the status of Valla as a separate plane or another name for Kaldheim remains uncertain.
