Chronarchs are mages who specialize in the manipulation of time. These specialized mages are employed by the Izzet League.

Wizards, also called Mages, in general are beings able to use mana and cast spells. These spellcasters are usually associated with blue mana. They can be found in all colors though. wizards take a methodical approach to magic. wizards need years of practice to master their spells.
