That's not accurate. Doug Beyer on his blog (http://dougbeyermtg.tumblr.com/search/elder) Doug has been pretty clear in referring to the Legends Elders as Dominarian: | |||
Ugin is from Tarkir. We have consistently thought of Ugin’s homeworld as being Tarkir, so he would have had to planeswalk to be involved in a war on Dominaria. | |||

Birthplace

That's not accurate. Doug Beyer on his blog (http://dougbeyermtg.tumblr.com/search/elder) Doug has been pretty clear in referring to the Legends Elders as Dominarian: Ugin is from Tarkir. We have consistently thought of Ugin’s homeworld as being Tarkir, so he would have had to planeswalk to be involved in a war on Dominaria.
