The Deck Builder's Toolkit 2014 is a box set that was released July 19, 2013 [1] It contains 100 basic land cards (20 of each type from Magic 2014), 125 semi-randomized cards suitable for building several different Magic decks, four 15-card booster packs from recent sets (including M13), a Deck builder’s guide with tips about building the best Magic decks, a Magic "learn to play" guide and a full-art reusable card storage box. All the fixed and semi-random cards in the box are from M14, Return to Ravnica, Gatecrash and Dragon's Maze.

Note that the Toolkit 2014 is synchronized with Magic 2014, while Magic 2013 was synchronized with Toolkit 2012. There is no Toolkit 2013.
