Tom LaPille is a Magic designer and core developer for Wizards of the Coast. He used to be a columnist for magicthegathering.com (Latest Developments). [1] He joined Wizards in 2008. One of his responsibilities was constructing Magic's line of introductory products .Tom was the one who first pitched the idea of using double-faced cards for Innistrad. [2]
