Gavin Verhey has numerous tournament accomplishments, and has played on the Pro Tour numerous times. Additionally, he was an early contributor on MTG Salvation, wrote weekly articles for Star City Games[2] and had a blog on game design and development called Design Space.[3]
Verhey became a Game and Product Designer for Wizards of the Coast in October 2011. Mark Rosewater considers him to be part of the fifth generation of Magic designers.
