Jess Dunks is the Magic current rules manager at Wizards of the Coast, replacing Eli Shiffrin. He took office in January, 2021.[1][2] Prior to being hired by Wizards of the Coast, Jess was a level 3 Magic judge and was the host of the JudgeCast podcast from 2012 to 2019.[3][4]
Dunks was part of the design team for Doctor Who
