Kerselin

Kerselin was a port town on the plane of Ulgrotha where lumber cut here from the Great Wood was routed through to Aysen. Once, the Wizard Savant Reveka sailed a loaded frigate through winter storms to deliver food to ensure Kerselin would survive until spring.
