Council of Wizards

The Council of Wizards was the ruling body of the Wizards’ School on the Floating Isle on Ulgrotha, It had eight members, and was led by a ninth, the Wizard Savant. It was created after the First Master – Feroz – left them to develop on their own. They were determined to keep the Wizards’ School neutral and keep Ulgrotha’s waterways open and free. Toward that latter end it created the kelp walls that can block any port around Ulgrotha to prevent any sea attack to or from any shore.
