Fatima
Even by the standards of other planeswalkers, Fatima was insane. She constructed the City of Brass on her home plane of Rabiah, before the Thousandfold Refraction. The city, inhabited by Efreeti and Fatimas’ Brass Men, provide all colors of mana for a price, and is still some sort of holy grail for planeswalkers.
