Wind Drakes with additional abilities were highly uncommon for many years, and have only started becoming more ubiquitous with Ravnic and the slow pushing of creature cards, with each block including one or two such cards.
Creatures that have functionally equivalent abilities (such as Treetop Rangers) have been included in the list.
