Steve Bishop was a Magic designer for Wizards of the Coast. He also was the head of the Duelists' Convocation and presided over the first World Championships in 1994.[1][2]

He was part of the design team of The Dark. That was his only official designing credit, but he was also the first to recommend the four-of card rule, as well as the sixty-card deck size rule.[3]

Like Glenn Elliott, he was later involved with the Netrunner TCG.
