NAMES CAN NOT BE COPYRIGHTED, THEY CAN ONLY BE TRADEMARKED [RTFL [read the [bleeping] law]]. THAT'S WHY I removed the word "copyrighted" from that sentence and replaced it with "trademarked" TWICE.
