Golgothian Sylex
The Golgothian Sylex is a mysterious ancient artifact, discovered in the Ronom glacier during the Brothers' War by archeologists from Lat-Nam. Ashnod came into possession of it, and passed it through Tawnos to Urza, on Argoth, where the elder brother activated the device. The ensuing Sylex Blast destroyed both Urza and Mishra's armies, altered Dominaria's climate to begin the Ice Age, and caused the downfall of most of Dominaria's major civilizations.
The Golgothian Sylex later resurfaced, but was finally destroyed by Jared Carthalion, Grenfell Mor, and Altair of Coloni.
