The Official Tournament Center was located at the Wizards of the Coast headquarters in Renton, Washington. It operated during 1996, prior to the opening of the much larger Wizards of the Coast Game Center in nearby Seattle. The Center ran various Magic: The Gathering leagues and tournaments and also had a retail section.

The normal entry fee to the Official Tournament Center was $5, which was incorporated into any tournament fees. The Tournament Center had several network computers available on their "GameNet" for $5/hour. Additionally, patrons could become members of the Tournament Center at one of two levels. Several "members-only" events were held.
